Robert T. Dodd

- President and Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised in Portland, OR, Robert graduated from Portland State University in Portland, OR. During his collegiate time at PSU, Robert was a scholarship member of the Men's Football Team receiving multiple conference awards and national recognition. Robert was a member of the New Orleans Saints and spent time in the National Football, World Football and Canadian Leagues.

He began his career as a direct sales representative with a family owner construction company. In 1998 he joined Siemens Building Technologies as a mechanical, controls and fire life safety sales representative. Over the last twelve years he has worked for Honeywell International as an integration specialist, Consolidated Fire Protection as a national account manager and Johnson Controls director of the national fire group.

During his career Robert’s focus has been to create, develop and implement cost saving solutions for clients. Robert started Republic Fire with the concept to deliver a high level of service, integrity without compromising safety.

Other involvements include member of the Boys & Girls Club Association, Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association and Recreational Airport Foundation.
