Republic Fire currently works with Service Channel, Big Sky, and TMS software systems. These systems are critical in the tracking of all project management deliverables within a given portfolio. The account team that would be assigned would be proficient in the use of these programs.

What percentage of work orders is your company able to resolve on the first trip?

  1. Republic Fire's national service team will review each customers building portfolio to understand the type of systems installed. Our team will develop a specific method of procedures (MOP) to reduce the number of visits which in turn leads to cost reductions. Our estimates that 75% of the service calls are repaired on initial inspection, however this is an assumption and % can change based upon the nature of the incident etc. During an actual inspection we expect to discover devices that have failed or are not in working condition. The NTE limits will help us understand what is expected from a repair perspective as we proceed. It is always in both of our best interests to repair items on a first call basis, we would hope that the contract language and terms will provide us with the ability to diagnose typical problems and repair them as quickly as possible.

What if I don't have equipment lists for each location?

  1. Republic Fire does not need square footage or equipment lists to provide national pricing. Our operations team is very familiar with fire system installation within your facilities. Our team utilizes device pricing that charges customers for only what is found and inspected. Once the initial site inspection has been performed we will provide a detailed equipment list that will give the customer a better understanding of installed equipment and can budget for inspections and repairs in the future.
